Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We want to make sure that you are comfortable with our refund policy, so we have outlined it below.

Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed after you have made the payment.

Refunds

1. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 4 hours in advance.
2. If you reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged a fee.

3. If you cancel your appointment within 4 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

4. If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up, you will be charged the full amount.

5. You can reschedule the appointment for a maximum of 3 times and you should consult within one month from the date of payment.

Physiotherapy/Nutritional Therapy Procedures

The cost of physiotherapy/nutritional therapy procedures will be discussed with you during your consultation.

Payment

You can pay for your appointment online or by calling our office. We accept Google pay, phonepay, Paytm credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
